🔁 Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of coaching, consultation, and intervention services, Joe Ortiz Interventionist does not offer refunds for any purchased services.
Once a session or package is booked and payment is processed, it is considered confirmed and non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant attends.
⏳ Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
To respect everyone’s time and allow for proper scheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Any appointment canceled, rescheduled, or missed without providing 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
No-shows or late arrivals that miss the session window will also be subject to this fee.
